Return eligibility
All purchases are eligible for a free return and refund.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, contact our support team at sales@indianmotorcyclejacket.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will send you the return instructions within 2 business days.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect it in your account.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional charge to you.
Non-refundable items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Items returned after 30 days of receipt
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
- Items where the original tags are not intact
- Items not purchased directly from Indian Motorcycle Jacket
We offer free exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
