Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your preferred jacket and size, click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, review your order and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us at sales@indianmotorcyclejacket.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped we may not be able to make changes, but we will do our best to help.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account does let you track orders, save addresses for faster checkout and view your order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure options at checkout. Every transaction runs through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location and local customs procedures for international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries. International delivery times can vary with your country's customs and import regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the package. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at sales@indianmotorcyclejacket.com.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must come back unused and unworn with all original tags and packaging intact. See our Refund Policy for the full detail.
How do I start a return?
Email us at sales@indianmotorcyclejacket.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send you the return instructions within 2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show it.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?
Yes. Contact us and we'll arrange it. Exchanges are subject to availability — if the item you want is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund instead.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately at sales@indianmotorcyclejacket.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.

Are your jackets genuine leather?
Yes, our jackets are crafted from high-quality genuine leather. Specific material details for each jacket are listed on its product page.
How do I care for my leather jacket?
To keep your jacket in top condition:
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat for prolonged periods
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust
- Use a leather conditioner every few months
- Store on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place
- Never use a washing machine or dryer
Do you offer custom or wholesale orders?
